When it actually came time to file a claim, the process became even worse. It was slow, overly complicated, and lacked transparency. Updates were infrequent, and I had to repeatedly follow up just to get basic information about the status of my claim.

What really stood out was the lack of urgency and empathy. Insurance is something you rely on during stressful situations, but instead of feeling supported, I felt like just another number being pushed through a system. Delays, vague explanations, and minimal accountability made the entire experience frustrating.

Overall, I would not recommend State Farm based on my experience. There are plenty of other insurance providers out there that seem to prioritize their customers far more effectively."
