I just switched both my home and auto polices from another insurer to Ty Teveldahl State Farm. Spencer was available right away and he spent a good amount of time on the phone with me to get all the needed info. He also identified areas where I needed more coverage, and explained everything in detail. As a result I ended up with much better coverage for both home and auto, while still saving almost $100/month on my auto policy and over $500/year on my home policy. Also, every time I call there they pick up greeting me by name, and everyone is super friendly and helpful. So glad I switched!
